Digestion: the breaking down of food into simpler substances/smaller components, to a form that can be absorbed, e.g. into the blood stream.
The components of the digestive system: mouth, gullet, stomach, big intestine, small intestine.
What makes up a healthy and nutritional diet?
A healthy and nutritional diet should contain these elements:
1. Carbohydrates
2. Proteins
3. Fats
4. Trans-fats
5. Saturated fats
6. Fiber
7. Sodium
Too much or too less of will become unhealthy.
